EFFECT OF ONLINE LEARNING, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, INTELLECTUAL INTELLIGENCE AND SOCIAL INTELLIGENCE ON STUDENT PERFORMANCE IN BATAM CITY IN TIME OF COVID-19

This study aims to analyze the effect of Online Learning, emotional intelligence, intellectual sosial intelligence partially and simultaneously on student performance. The type data used in this is quantative with techniques using a questionnaire. population management students Riau Kepulauan University. sampling Slovin formula getting sample 60 students. results indicate that: 1. learning affects performance, 2. Emotional 3. Intellectual does not affect 4. Social as evidenced by value fcount 30.447 > ftabel 2.05 significance 0.000 <0.05.
